Greg has years and years worth of knowledge and experience. Over the years he has been a seller, buyer, fixer, appraiser and brings all of that wealth of knowledge when he helps you buy a house. He literally would take measurements for me and draw out a layout of the houses I liked so I could have a visual perspective when we left. He also gave great estimates on how much things would cost, offered great advice on things that "could wait" or how to spruce up old bathtubs/sinks. He never pressured me into buying anything and was always available to talk things through. He knows the orange county area really well, having lived and bought in this county for a long time. Greg is personable and funny and you can tell that he really just enjoys looking at houses and connecting with people.

It took me about 7 months to find my dream house. Most realtors would have given up - but not Greg! He stuck by me and kept showing me house after house.
